years of experience providing customer service over the phone!
We highly prefer candidates with call center experience! Experience with SalesForce is also a plus!

Proficiency with Word & Excel
The ability to quickly learn proprietary software
Excellent customer service phone skills
Experience answering multiline phonesYou'll be responsible for:
Calling new customers to confirm dates & contacts; recording results in SalesForce (10 - 20 per day)
Calling existing backlog of approximately 1,500 customers who have not implemented yet to ask a series of questions & record the results in SalesForce
Calling live customers to ask a series of interview/survey questions
Other tasks as assigned
Required:

Preferred:
Call center experience. Experience with SalesForce.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
