Qualifications:
Prior service writing experience required Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate estimates and detailed information to customers while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Coordinate communications and repair information between the customer and technicians.
Work with parts suppliers, technicians, production manager and other team members to provide quality vehicle repairs in a timely manner.
Provide customers with the best experience possible.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
